Quote I haven't been doing astronomy in a while, so it was a great to treat myself with a little bit of moon photography. In October of 2021 I had bought this new planetary camera (ZWO ASI178MM) to replace my QHY5-camera, as the QHY camera had issues running on my new laptop (didn't play so well with Windows 10). I'm an expert in buying things and then let them sit for a while before I use the equipment (in Swedish it's called "ligga till sig lite"). This camera worked beautifully with no problems whatsoever. The moon was very pretty and I also enjoyed looking at it through the eyepiece. I'm very happy that the moon fit so perfectly in the sensor of the camera (no mosaic needed). Quote
